What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the team backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Delivery Management to define scope and resource needs.
• Drive product commercialization strategy, execution, and financial oversight.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the business case and risk log for the product.

Requirements

• MSc or higher in Geoscience, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience as a domain representative within software development environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including product demonstrations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across domains and functions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Product Owner with backlog management (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience managing a cost/profit center.
• Applied Geoscience/computational geoscience.
• Programming experience.
