What you will do

• Uphold Delivery Optimization standards by analyzing processes and implementing simplification and efficiency improvements.
• Lead cross-team and multi-phase projects from design through implementation, focusing on security, scalability, and business value.
• Govern program portfolios by identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery of HR technology programs.
• Lead communication strategy across programs, providing executive-ready summaries of health, progress, risks, and issues.
• Monitor critical project pipeline volume and complexity, balancing active initiatives against team capacity.
• Provide capacity insights to leadership, enabling proactive resourcing decisions and long-term workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, HR Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant and successful program management experience leading highly complex projects in HR, IT, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency with HR systems and cloud-based platforms, including advanced knowledge and experience with Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, process optimization, and capacity planning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, system development life cycles, and modern Cloud technologies and systems.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Tableau, and Excel.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Background in HR transformation or large-scale enterprise operations.
• Expertise in resource modeling and portfolio demand management.
• Experience with UKG PRO WFM (time and labor management) and Data Visualizations (Excel, Tableau).
