What you will do

• Drive the adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock the power of hirify.global’s AI capabilities.
• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams for seamless customer experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function.

Requirements

• Experience building SaaS products.
• Interest in AI/ML and ability to understand novel problems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc.).
• Proficient in using and writing REST APIs.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
