- Collaborate with internal teams to create Success Plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS customer success or account management.
- Experience with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to run ROI discussions and partner with sales teams.
