What you will do

• Support and evolve global Compensation & Benefits programs.
• Manage Bonus, Equity & Benefits across multiple countries such as Brazil, Poland, and Ukraine.
• Conduct data-driven market benchmarking (Aon Radford) and update salary ranges.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and support end-of-year compensation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with legal and collective-agreement requirements.
• Collaborate closely with local HR teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
• Strong understanding of local regulations.
• Experience with data-driven work, including market benchmarking.
• Proficiency in managing large data sets in Excel.
• Experience with Workday extracts is required.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
