What you will do

• Own the entire experimentation process from traffic splitting to revealing experiment results.
• Develop the experiments platform for ML/DS teams, implementing user-facing features.
• Improve the performance and scalability of existing services.
• Enhance experiment trustworthiness, time, and number by integrating state-of-the-art A/B testing approaches.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and owning production services with Python.
• Experience with monitoring and quality assurance for customer-facing services.
• Ready to dive into the experimental/data analytics domain.
• Curious about how people use the product you build, not just the technical aspects.

Nice to have

• Experience building analytical services or experiment platforms.
• Experience with PySpark or ETL pipelines.
