Salary: $124,000.00 - $329,200.00 /Yr

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders for technical solutions.
• Lead the team in developing comprehensive testing strategies and incorporating customer feedback.
• Champion security across hirify.global Actions by designing and implementing isolation mechanisms for untrusted code execution.
• Champion operational excellence by improving system reliability and reducing incident response times.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software.
• Proficiency in coding languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.

Nice to have

• 2+ years' experience using general purpose programming languages (e.g., Go, Ruby).
• 2+ years' experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience building or operating CI/CD systems at scale.
