About this Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to take ownership of a brand-new digital project for a construction company. You’ll work on the full project lifecycle — from presale to successful delivery.
During presale, you will analyze client business needs, research the product and market, propose technically and economically sound solutions. When development starts, you’ll transition into the BA/PM role, managing requirements, coordinating the team, and ensuring project success.
Requirements:
🔸 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
🔸 Presales experience and direct client interaction
🔸 Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
🔸 English B2+
🔸 Technical background is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handle presale requests and consultations with the client
- Analyze business context and prepare feature lists
- Collaborate with the technical team on estimates and solutions
- Document and structure requirements for the team
- Manage project timelines, budget, and quality
- Coordinate the team and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor risks and adjust plans as needed
