What you will do

  • Own the full 360 sales process for SMB prospects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Source, qualify, and prioritize new opportunities through consistent outreach and strong discovery.
  • Deliver clear, value-led sales conversations demonstrating hirify.global’s security and performance benefits.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations supporting customer and company goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Operations for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and reliable sales rhythm.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be eligible to work in China (Beijing).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of B2B sales experience with proven new business development success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline building using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Collaborative approach working with technical and non-technical teams.
