What you will do

• Build influential partnerships with senior management globally to execute HR strategies.
• Translate business objectives into HR agendas to drive productivity and development.
• Serve as a thought leader on people and organizational topics within R&D and cross-functionally.
• Coach business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and career pathing.
• Collaborate on strategic headcount planning, critical role identification, and succession planning.
• Partner with People Operations to develop people programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London Office
• Strong HR expertise with experience as an influential business partner.
• Skilled in change management and building support for initiatives.
• Experience with global employment laws, ideally including Denmark and Israel.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work across time zones.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills at all organizational levels.
