What you will do

• Support annual planning, quarterly board reporting, and monthly financial performance reviews.
• Develop annual operating budgets and hiring plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build best-in-class financial reporting, analytics, KPIs, and metrics.
• Clearly communicate financial performance to senior leadership and partners.
• Provide ongoing financial reporting and ad hoc analyses to business partners.
• Partner with Accounting to enhance the utility of financial statements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth or dynamic environments.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using forecasting platforms (e.g., Anaplan) for planning and budgeting.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills to articulate financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing multiple work streams and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong enthusiasm about technology and artificial intelligence.
