Location: On-site in Menlo Park, CA, United States.

Salary: $228,000–$299,200

What you will do

  • Own the vision and evolution of marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Clay) as an integrated ecosystem.
  • Lead implementation of an agentic marketing ops strategy, automating manual work to improve team efficiency.
  • Audit and modernize marketing data architecture, ensuring high data quality and governance across channels and regions.
  • Design and standardize end-to-end processes across the lead lifecycle, from response to MQL through handoff and nurturing.
  • Manage the marketing operations budget and technology renewals, aligning resources with strategic goals.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Marketing Operations team and manage external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, including 5+ years leading teams in high-growth B2B software environments.
  • Experience applying automation, AI, and workflow orchestration to standardize processes.
  • Deep expertise in top-of-funnel strategy, lead lifecycle management, and conversion optimization.
  • Managed agency and contract resources strategically.
  • Led definition and deployment of privacy, consent, and data governance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketo, Outreach, hirify.global, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Workato, Clay.
  • Ability to define global operating models and drive alignment across distributed teams.
