Salary: $130,000–264,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define and maintain the Asset Management Technology strategic roadmap and integrate domain plans
• Establish and enforce technology portfolio management standards and governance frameworks
• Lead and mentor a team of senior program managers across cross-domain and business unit initiatives
• Collaborate with enterprise technology, finance, and program management teams
• Coach domain delivery managers on delivery excellence and best practices
• Influence enterprise methodology and tooling based on delivery experience

Requirements

• 15+ years of delivery or project management experience with large, complex programs
• 5+ years of software solution delivery experience in asset management or similar business areas
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and change management skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage strategic and tactical priorities
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences
