Pricing Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Pricing Manager (Fintech): Driving and executing strategic pricing initiatives for a compliance solutions business with an accent on financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue optimization. Focus on developing fact-based, actionable recommendations for product, customer, and segment level pricing strategies, including AI monetization.

Location: Hybrid role, 8 days/month required in office. Must be based in the USA (Kennesaw, GA; Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Houston, TX). Occasional project-related travel in North America (less than 10%).

Compensation: $89,600.00–$157,000.00 USD

What you will do

• Drive and execute strategic pricing initiatives across content, software, analytics, and services.
• Analyze large datasets and perform financial modeling to improve revenue and margins.
• Conduct competitive, market, and quantitative/qualitative research for packaging and pricing.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and finance to enhance GTM approaches.
• Develop and recommend adjustments to pricing structures based on deep analyses.
• Manage multiple workstreams, influencing cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a top pricing strategy or strategy consulting firm with pricing project experience.
• Experience with multiple product types including content, software, analytics, and services.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry (Banks, Insurance, Fintechs, Broker-dealers).
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills and highly analytical thinking.
• Strong project management skills with ability to operate as an individual contributor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), databases, ERPs/CRMs.
