What you will do

• Lead financial and operational analysis across Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Marketing.
• Design and lead frameworks for executive and board-level reporting.
• Own and evolve high-impact financial models for bookings forecast, partnerships ROI, and CAC payback.
• Partner cross-functionally to define KPIs, evaluate strategic initiatives, and measure performance.
• Drive forward-looking GTM strategy, including funnel conversion analysis and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Significant exposure to GTM or SaaS operating models.
• Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups.
• Deep understanding of GTM economics (CAC, LTV, churn, sales efficiency).
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel (or Google Sheets), and fluency in Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for C-suite and board audiences.
