What you will do

• Support the strategic finance and operations team.
• Partner with the Operations organization and leadership.
• Scale modeling and reporting capabilities for the business.
• Forecast business units, provide insights on performance, and develop improvement strategies.
• Track variances and anomalies in financial data.
• Own preparation of monthly Operations BvA, cost tracking, and cash flow models.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business field.
• Expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to independently manage tasks.
• High proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data compilation and analysis.
• Proficiency in data tools (Sigma) and FP&A tools (Pigment).
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
