What you will do

• Build and maintain complex financial models (3-statement, operating models, scenario and sensitivity analyses) for strategic planning.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and unit economics, translating insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage the month/quarter-end close process, preparing accruals, reviewing journal entries, and providing variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial review packages for business partners to review performance and update forecasts.
• Leverage AI tools to drive reporting to track department health, progress towards OKRs, and drive key decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a FP&A role, supporting early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytically rigorous backgrounds.
• Advanced Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to build robust, scalable financial models.
• Prior experience using AI tools to enable quicker analysis and reporting.
• Solid accounting/finance experience, including knowledge of GAAP.
