What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers early in the sales cycle to understand business and technical needs.
• Design and develop tailored Cisco-based solutions and create detailed technical documentation.
• Scope and define services required for deploying Cisco solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during pre-implementation and transition phases.
• Mentor and review work of less experienced Cisco architects and technical staff.
• Stay updated with Cisco technologies and participate in co-selling with Cisco field teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, US
• 5+ years experience with Cisco technologies in presales or technical roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco networking, security, and collaboration solutions.
• Active Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
