What you will do

• Partner with Product, Science, Engineering, and GTM teams to define key metrics and translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Design, build, and maintain dbt transformations and ETL pipelines for reliable analytics-ready data.
• Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Hex, Looker, or Mode for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate to define and operationalize metrics that inform strategic decisions.
• Drive data democratization through reusable data products, documentation, and self-serve tooling.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 5+ years experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science supporting Product and GTM teams.
• Expertise in SQL, dbt, Airflow, and version control (GitHub).
• Experience building dashboards and analytical tools in Hex, Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Passion for music, creativity, and AI.
