What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from market analysis and design through to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with hirify.global's strategy, regulatory frameworks, and client needs.
• Collaborate with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Support pre-sales activities and develop clear product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance digital onboarding propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, proposition management, or a similar role, within FinTech, financial services, or digital identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital onboarding processes, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions.
• Proven experience developing and launching successful digital products in B2B environments.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills, with technical capabilities for assessments.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
