What you will do

• Interface with diverse stakeholders including engineers, designers, sales, and business operations to drive product development.
• Manage existing product groups and lead the development of new services in alignment with business priorities.
• Develop P&L-driven business cases and go-to-market strategies to ensure profitability and market penetration.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify feature enhancements and manage competitive risks.
• Draft clear technical requirements and provide necessary clarifications for internal teams and clients.
• Produce documentation for external clients and ensure operational readiness for new product launches.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant financial market discipline.
• Mastery of English as a working language is a must.
• Hands-on experience in software delivery projects and client change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document complex business requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and manage demanding deadlines.
• Must be based in Paris.

• Past experience in an exchange or a CCP.
• Additional business or technical knowledge (architecture, programming, network protocols, system failure handling).
