What you will do
- Define and execute the end-to-end business strategy for the SMB customer segment and channel organization in Benelux.
- Lead a team of 8 FTEs and manage distribution partner and reseller account relationships.
- Be responsible for business results including Revenue, Gross Margin, and Operating Profit in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Manage sell-in, through, and sell-out with partners while maintaining healthy inventory.
- Collaborate with Product/Price management to determine product line-up and price propositions.
- Build yearly, quarterly, and weekly planning and forecasts with action plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven, successful commercial track record in international B2B Sales Management.
- Proficiency in planning, execution, and hands-on business management.
- Experience in Channel, Distribution, and Direct Sales within Personal Computing and IT portfolio.
- Solid network in the Benelux Distribution and Channel Partner market, including Education and Public Sector.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal), French preferable.
- International P&L-management and business planning experience.
