Location: Onsite at Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering growth and engineering excellence.
• Define objectives, key results, and roadmaps, communicating plans to technical leadership.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, system design, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Production to define scope and requirements.
• Integrate systems into the wider architecture and design landscape.
• Communicate complex engineering concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience including 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for global team collaboration.
• Strong ownership and proactive drive to achieve objectives and lead teams to success.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, CSS, and .NET or Next.js for building modern web experiences.
• Experience using automated test frameworks to ensure quality.
• Must be based onsite in New York City.

• Experience with micro frontend architecture.
