Salary: $107,500 - $212,000 USD (annual)

What you will do

• Build and improve MONOPOLY GO! Chat features in React Native.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and game teams to deliver player-facing experiences.
• Own quality, testing, performance, and release readiness for production mobile app changes.
• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf) for coding, debugging, planning, automation, and documentation.
• Apply strong engineering communication, ownership, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app, game, or similarly complex product engineering.
• 3+ years of professional React Native development on shipped mobile applications, with solid TypeScript and JavaScript knowledge.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, concurrency, design patterns, API design, testing, debugging, and maintainable architecture.
• Experience diagnosing mobile performance issues using React profiling tools and native tooling (Xcode Instruments, Android Studio profilers, Perfetto).
• Solid understanding of mobile networking, offline behavior, unreliable network conditions, app lifecycle, push notifications, and platform limitations.
• Ability to write effective prompts and supervise agent-driven development work using AI-assisted workflows.
