What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
• Partner with the CPO to refine and evolve the product vision and multi-year strategy, owning its translation into a coherent portfolio roadmap.
• Lead the execution of the AI-powered GRC strategy, ensuring AI features are customer-problem-driven and trustworthy.
• Own and continuously refine product operating rhythms and processes for planning, roadmapping, and feedback.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM teams, and serve as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS platform companies.
• 3–5+ years directly managing Product Management teams, including scaling to 10+ PMs.
• Strong history of cross-functional leadership and resolving misalignment.
• Experience shipping LLM powered features and/or agents in production B2B SaaS products.
• Experience leading Product Management in B2B SaaS companies in the $20M–$100M+ ARR range.
