Product Manager (AI)

Technical Product Manager (AI Platform): Own and develop the product roadmap for hirify.global's AI platform, focusing on scalable MLOps/LLMOps capabilities and governance. Location: Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work virtually and onsite; must be based in the United States or eligible to work there.

What you will do

• Own and align the AI platform product roadmap with business and AI adoption goals.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements for scalable MLOps/LLMOps capabilities.
• Manage tools and workflows for hosting, fine-tuning, and training large AI models.
• Define reusable AI workflow templates and server usage for rapid assembly of AI agents.
• Develop and evolve search ingestion and query pipeline tools with relevance controls and guardrails.
• Collaborate with SRE, security, and compliance teams to meet platform SLAs and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, product management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years overall experience with at least 2 years in digital product management.
• Proven experience with technical products, preferably AI/ML platforms, LLMs, GenAI, or autonomous systems.
• Experience leading scrum teams with diverse stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in the United States.
