What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the AI platform, aligning it with business priorities and engineering needs.
• Translate platform user requirements into clear specifications for scaling MLOps and LLMOps governance.
• Prioritize capabilities for frontier model access, including tools for fine-tuning and training large models.
• Define reusable AI workflows, templates, and agentic integrations for internal teams.
• Develop search ingestion strategies, query pipelines, and relevance controls.
• Partner with SRE and security teams to maintain high standards for platform availability, latency, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or product management.
• 3-5 years of overall professional experience with 2+ years in digital product management.
• Proven experience working with technical products, particularly AI/ML platforms, LLMs, or agentic systems.
• Experience leading scrum teams across data science and engineering functions.
• Ability to thrive in a high-impact, collaborative environment.
