What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Japan-based Gold+ clients, leading post-sales strategy and user adoption.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, analyze campaign data, and develop innovative strategies leveraging hirify.global’s multi-channel capabilities.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive client success and retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving account expansion through consultative selling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic media buying, client success, or account management.
  • Proven expertise in campaign optimization and performance strategy within DSPs or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of Japan’s digital advertising ecosystem and Holdco organizational structures.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; ability to lead presentations and QBRs in both languages.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) for client meetings and industry events.
