Location: Hybrid, with preference for major business hubs in Europe (GMT/CET) and office presence in London and Lower Eashing, United Kingdom. Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) required.

What you will do
- Define technical direction for the Professional Services team and act as the intermediary between the client, Professional Services, and Product teams.
- Lead the resolution of unprecedented technical challenges and shape technical strategy for complex client engagements.
- Influence long-term product roadmap and technical capabilities based on market trends and client needs.
- Provide authoritative guidance on technical feasibility and lead system architecture governance for high-risk client engagements.
- Establish standards of system architecture, principles, and governance frameworks for clients, Professional Services, and Product.
- Represent the company as a technical thought leader at industry events and build relationships with analysts and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, senior solution architecture, or related roles.
- 5+ years of history of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Authoritative knowledge of cloud architectures, platforms, services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Comprehensive understanding of security models, compliance requirements, risk management, identity management, and access control.
- Mastery of data architecture, migration strategies, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills at non-technical and technical levels, with advanced presentation and technical writing abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required; Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Expert-level technical certifications in relevant platforms and technologies and advanced architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
