What you will do

• Serve as primary IT contact and subject-matter expert for GTM systems, especially Salesforce and connected tools.
• Manage system access, user provisioning, and security compliance for GTM platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues including workflows, automation, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize workflows and automate tasks.
• Define and document operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain data accuracy and build reporting to validate data integrity.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, United States
• 5+ years experience in Sales/Revenue operations or Business Systems supporting CRM and GTM platforms.
• Proven Salesforce administration skills including user management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business problems into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy, SaaS governance, and identity/access management.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
• Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, DealHub, or sales productivity tools.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or software companies supporting GTM teams.
• Familiarity with integration/automation tools (n8n, Tines) and BI tools.
• GCP / BigQuery user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
