TL;DR

Salesforce Product Owner (Salesforce): Building and optimizing systems and tooling for business teams with an accent on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, PRM, and Service Cloud. Focus on continuously developing a product roadmap, collaborating with engineering, and ensuring scalable cloud solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, BC. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $101,000–115,000 CAD (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Own systems & tooling for business teams (Sales, Partners, Renewals) using cloud tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), PRM, and Service Cloud.
  • Review, triage, and prioritize business requests; troubleshoot issues, write SOQL/SOSL, perform data loads, and implement configuration changes.
  • Act as technical product owner for Revenue tools, developing roadmaps and collaborating with the Engineering team for delivery.
  • Collaborate with business partners (Revenue, Channel Partners, RevOps) to address system issues and change requests, ensuring scalable cloud solutions.
  • Work with data & integrations to set up monitoring for cloud tools and identify data errors.
  • Build partnerships with pillar product managers to support roadmap execution and system design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems with cloud technology expertise.
  • Ability to configure Salesforce and understand/read complex Salesforce logic (Flows/Apex code).
  • Experience with Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar partner/customer portal tools.
  • Deep understanding of Agile Methodology practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, goals, and requirements.
  • Leverage data and key performance metrics to inform product decisions, prioritize backlogs, and assess impact.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator experience and Certification.
  • Technology experience with IronClad (or similar CLM solutions).
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
