What you will do

• Lead integrated change and learning plans aligned to COE roadmap and objectives.
• Design and implement sponsor engagement, stakeholder management, and communication strategies.
• Create and deliver diverse learning experiences including ILT, virtual ILT, e-learning, and microlearning.
• Apply instructional design principles and produce digital content including video production and editing.
• Build and manage SharePoint-based learning portals and content governance frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities to enhance change and learning solutions and measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Morrisville, North Carolina, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Change Management, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
• Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or Learning Design.
• Experience in global, matrixed technology environments.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond.
• Experience producing learning videos and multimedia content.
• Familiarity with AI tools integration in change and training workflows.
• Strong SharePoint governance and site-design experience.
