What you will do

• Source and manage UGC creators, animators, and video editors worldwide.
• Negotiate production pricing and manage tight deadlines.
• Provide actionable creative briefs and feedback to production partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with UA, art, and product teams.
• Ensure delivery of high-converting assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Track mobile gaming creative trends to continuously iterate on performance strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in producing performance marketing ads for gaming, mobile, or e-commerce.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kraków.
• English: Strong spoken and written proficiency required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under strict time pressure.
• Excellent creative judgment regarding ad conversion and user acquisition.
• Strong communication skills for effective briefing and producer calls.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in UA management.
• Hands-on video editing skills.
• Proficiency with TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
