Marketing & UA (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Kraków, Poland — on-site work in the office only

hirify.global is a mobile gaming company developing location-based gaming experiences using big data and AI.

What you will do

• Source UGC creators, editors, animators, and designers worldwide.
• Negotiate production pricing and deadlines, lead creator calls, and provide clear briefs and actionable feedback.
• Coordinate designers, animators, video editors, and copywriters while managing priorities and delivery pipelines.
• Work with User Acquisition on creative testing and evaluate which ads perform and why.
• Deliver creative assets in formats required for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Webshop campaigns.
• Track mobile gaming creative trends and develop new advertising ideas.

Requirements

• Experience producing performance marketing ads, ideally in gaming, mobile, UGC, or e-commerce.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with global creators and manage multiple projects under time pressure.
• Strong creative judgment and understanding of what makes ads convert.
• Clear communication skills, including precise calls, strong briefs, and sharp feedback.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Availability for full-time on-site work in the Kraków office.

Nice to have

• Experience in User Acquisition, video editing, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads.
