What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of network security architecture, integrating Palo Alto NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, and SIEM platforms.
• Drive the development and implementation of the Zero Trust security framework, leveraging SSE/SASE technologies and cloud-native security tools.
• Work with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to integrate network security policies and secure Operational Technology (OT) environments, including ICS/SCADA networks.
• Lead network security incident management, leveraging threat intelligence to mitigate threats and respond to incidents.
• Continuously assess emerging security threats, propose strategies, and implement security solutions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate strategic goals and oversee globally distributed security consultants, providing mentorship.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and cloud security models and architectures (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Ability to set and articulate a clear vision and strategy for network security.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, security technology lifecycles, contract negotiations, and budget.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or similar Cloud provider specific security certifications.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA.
