What you will do

• Provide technical oversight and guidance for engineering teams throughout services execution to ensure project success.
• Lead design workshops and support pre-sales activity for professional services engagements.
• Oversee the execution of network and security projects from initial design and staging to installation and validation.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary technical focal point for escalations.
• Ensure adherence to vendor best practices and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
• Foster a culture of growth and technical development within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from New York, Boston, Glastonbury, or Woburn.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in project implementation, engineering, and design within networking and security domains.
• 2+ years of experience with team leadership or management of a technical team.
• Advanced expertise in Cisco routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and TCP/IP protocol stacks.
• Proven experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP, Aviatrix) and SD-WAN solutions (Viptela, Silverpeak, or Prisma SD-WAN).
• Proficiency in deploying Palo Alto Networks and Cisco security solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fortinet, Arista, or Aruba networking products.
• Knowledge of network automation and scripting using Python, EMM, or TCL.
• Active Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA, PCCSE, PCNSE).
