What you will do

• Analyze data and controls to identify emerging and significant risks and compile comprehensive management reports with visual aids.
• Perform targeted data-driven risk assessments and proactive risk identification for management.
• Conduct quality control reviews of team presentations and reports to ensure material integrity.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure controls are effective and improve processing efficiency.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Experience in Compliance, Risk, or Operations related to investment management or blockchain products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and data analysis skills.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, programming, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and common data science languages.
• CFA and/or FRM certifications.
