TL;DR

Salary: $110,000–222,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Analyze data and controls to identify emerging and significant risks and compile comprehensive management reports with visual aids.
- Perform targeted data-driven risk assessments and proactive risk identification for management.
- Conduct quality control reviews of team presentations and reports to ensure material integrity.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure controls are effective and improve processing efficiency.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of relevant financial industry experience.
- Experience in Compliance, Risk, or Operations related to investment management or blockchain products.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and data analysis skills.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, programming, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and common data science languages.
- CFA and/or FRM certifications.
- Project management or consultative experience.
