What you will do

• Oversee reengineering and optimization of business processes and systems using Power Platform tools.
• Configure, test, and validate Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions to meet business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide leadership and guidance on Power Platform and CRM best practices.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Provide design and architecture guidance for tactical projects and initiatives.
• Identify and recommend innovations to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in California, USA
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years in digital project/product management or related experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Dataverse including data modeling and security.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead and mentor teams.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution management, and integration with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Power BI for embedded analytics within Power Apps.
