What you will do

• Grow the OTC business across both traditional finance and crypto native ecosystems, including developing and executing growth plans.
• Deepen relationships with existing crypto projects and acquire new ones for crypto liquidity provision.
• Develop new relationships with high-profile crypto projects, VCs, institutional investors, miners, and other ecosystem parties.
• Work with various cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness in key markets.
• Develop existing relationships with global exchanges and bring them to the next level.
• Keep track of key launches and news in the crypto ecosystem and proactively identify cooperation opportunities.

Requirements

• BA and 1-2 years of work experience in a high-performing, high-paced environment (e.g., consulting, banking, Fintech).
• Experience with the financial services/capital markets industry; experience with crypto markets and/or trading companies/hedge funds is an advantage.
• Experience in business development or any client-facing role (e.g., B2B sales, management consulting, investment banking, sales & trading).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, being convincing, concise, precise, and a good listener.
• Comfort navigating legal and commercial aspects of business development is essential.
• Strong product knowledge of OTC derivatives.
• Understanding of and interest in token structures, market making, CEX and DEX liquidity provision, and trading/market liquidity dynamics.

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses preferred.
