What you will do

• Lead data analysis and real-time metric monitoring for AI project features and strategic initiatives.
• Identify anomalies, conduct A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and forecast product feature performance.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and define optimization strategies.
• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models, build data pipelines, and monitor model performance.
• Leverage generative AI tools and write/refine prompts to improve analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Support data integration and governance by working with data engineering and IT teams.

Requirements

• Location: Tianjin, China
• Strong analytical skills in real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, A/B testing, segmentation, and forecasting in AI or smart service domains.
• Experience collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in designing predictive/prescriptive models, building data pipelines, and end-to-end model monitoring.
• Experience with AI tools including generative AI prompt writing and refinement.
