What you will do

• Lead research initiatives for frontier multimodal AI aligned with product goals and industry trends.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments on high-end GPUs to validate research hypotheses.
• Develop novel generative model architectures, training methodologies, and RL algorithms.
• Build and optimize synthetic data generation pipelines.
• Translate experimental results into actionable insights and share knowledge through documentation and papers.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and training large-scale text-to-image, video, or 3D generation models (diffusion or auto-regressive).
• Proven academic track record with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
• Experience with large-scale parallel model pre-training across hundreds of GPUs.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Diffusers, Transformers, Megatron, and DeepSpeed.
• Must be based in or able to work from Beijing.
