What you will do

  • Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI enablement strategy to embed AI tools into daily workflows across all business functions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Own the AI delivery lifecycle from experimentation and business casing to production rollout and benefit realization.
  • Define the long-term AI vision for insurance, including AI-native customer journeys and agentic autonomous workflows.
  • Oversee enterprise data strategy, including architecture, governance, quality, and accessibility.
  • Represent the organization externally with partners, vendors, and industry forums on AI innovation.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant tenure in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise data and AI transformation at scale.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, and actuarial science.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
  • Ability to operate in highly regulated environments with strong governance expectations.
