What you will do

• Drive user adoption and training excellence for Salesforce users
• Identify and map training needs by role or user group
• Create and execute training concepts and materials for diverse technical levels
• Evaluate user adoption to ensure trainings meet business needs
• Develop Salesforce Super User and Regional Trainer networks in collaboration with Knowledge Management
• Support change management initiatives within Sales to foster long-term Salesforce adoption

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Degree in business administration or related field with extensive global experience
• Several years of sales experience, preferably in a Salesforce key user role
• Strong experience in end user trainings and excellent communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
