What you will do

• Participate in role discovery meetings and agree on sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Drive programs and campaigns to build referrals and candidate pipelines.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Maintain accurate systems and prioritize workload to meet production goals.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction and positive NPS scores.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years recruitment experience for the Japanese market.
• Fluency in English and native Japanese proficiency required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Good computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with direct sourcing methodologies preferred.
• Experience sourcing for technology roles preferred.
