What you will do

• Maintain high-availability of cloud products and services.
• Identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production system health and performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual interventions.
• Collaborate with development teams to roll out new services and ensure stability.
• Improve operational practices and share knowledge within the global team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Krakow, Poland
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with Linux system administration and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (hirify.global Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Go, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Good debugging, problem-solving skills, and basic networking knowledge.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud storage and networking.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and source version control systems.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Sysdig.
