What you will do

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and production support of packaged application solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations leveraging business knowledge to drive client solutions.
• Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Apply hirify.global's Design Thinking methodology to solve client challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Taipei, Taiwan
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
• Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.
• Openness to assist in design, business architecture, process development, and functional implementation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or certification in package solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday.
• Experience assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages.
