Salary: $94,000–$129,250 per year

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP HR modules related to Hire-to-Retire functions including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Finance teams to enhance employee lifecycle processes and ensure data integration across systems.
• Support and configure Travel & Expense management solutions integrating SAP HCM, SAP Concur, and Finance systems.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues related to travel authorizations and expense workflows.
• Conduct requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP HR enhancements and projects.
• Partner with ABAP and integration teams for custom reports, data flows, and system interfaces.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Buffalo, NY, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of SAP HR (HCM) functional experience with hands-on configuration in Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Strong understanding of HR and Finance integration, especially Travel & Expense (SAP Concur preferred).
• Ability to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Concur, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or SAP S/4HANA HR environments.
• SAP Certification in HCM or related module.
• Prior consulting or large enterprise environment experience.
