What you will do

• Provide technical support and payroll monitoring for weekly and bi-weekly payroll areas.
• Resolve complex payroll and time management incidents for global clients.
• Perform functional implementation of change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure vacation quotas, work schedules, holiday calendars, and wage types.
• Support payroll-related interfaces and maintain payroll/time schemas and rules.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP and Payroll systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in HCM Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of HR, tax, posting to accounting, and BSI tax processing.
• Ability to support On-cycle and Off-cycle payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in payroll.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines.
