TL;DR

Business Development Representative (UK Focus): Developing and managing the UK market sales pipeline for a fast-growing AI SaaS startup with an accent on lead generation, strategic outreach, and sales funnel optimization. Location: Hybrid, 3+ days per week in Utrecht office, Netherlands

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 OTE per year (70/30 structure)

What you will do

  • Own and develop the UK market sales pipeline, generating and qualifying leads.
  • Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to reach decision makers.
  • Strategically test and optimize outreach and messaging in collaboration with marketing.
  • Manage the front end of the sales cycle ensuring proper lead qualification and expectation setting.
  • Analyze data to continuously improve conversion rates and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with experience in outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and cold outreach techniques.
  • Familiarity with the UK market or English-speaking regions.
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to build from scratch.
  • Data-driven and results-focused approach.
  • Hybrid work model requires presence in Utrecht office 3+ days per week.
