What you will do

  • Identify and contact new leads via inbound channels using email and phone.
  • Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Prepare and optimize email sequences using A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with potential customers.
  • Upsell to existing customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
  • Build strong relationships through high-quality customer service and professional communication.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency with various technology platforms and digital tools.
  • Experience delivering online product demonstrations.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize deadlines under pressure.
