What you will do
- Identify and contact new leads via inbound channels using email and phone.
- Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features to potential clients.
- Prepare and optimize email sequences using A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Negotiate offers and close deals with potential customers.
- Upsell to existing customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
- Build strong relationships through high-quality customer service and professional communication.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability to identify and address customer pain points.
- Proficiency with various technology platforms and digital tools.
- Experience delivering online product demonstrations.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize deadlines under pressure.
