What you will do

• Own features end to end including architecture, implementation, testing, and observability
• Design scalable patterns for multi tenancy, performance, and internationalization
• Use AI for scaffolding tests, generating fixtures, analyzing logs, proposing refactoring, and improving developer experience
• Contribute to the internal AI Engineering Playbook and mentor peers
• Collaborate daily with Product, UX, and QA in a cross-functional squad
• Raise quality standards through reviews, documentation, and strong testing

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years professional engineering experience
• 3–5+ years hands on Laravel (PHP 8.x)
• Mastery of SOLID, Clean Code, and TDD
• Strong MySQL and performance skills
• Experience in complex, mission critical platforms
• English C1+ or Dutch proficiency
• A proactive, experimental mindset toward AI assisted engineering

Nice to have

• Multi tenant SaaS experience
• Livewire/Filament, AWS Vapor, Terraform, Docker
• Playwright E2E, Meilisearch
• Experience with regulated industries or large data migrations
• Demonstrated use of agents/AI tools in real engineering workflows
