What you will do

• Co-own the platform’s distributed systems and infrastructure layer together with the CTO.
• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure (AWS EKS) for production workloads.
• Develop and run data/streaming components including Kafka, Cassandra, and ClickHouse.
• Improve reliability engineering practices and observability to prevent and resolve operational issues.
• Implement networking & security improvements and automate operations (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
• Scale systems while keeping operational complexity under control and simplifying day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in distributed systems, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or similar environments.
• Strong production-level Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong Linux, networking, and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience building and operating scalable, reliable infrastructure.
